Exchanges (If We Made a Mistake)

We only accept exchanges in the rare case that:

• You received the wrong item

• Your item arrived damaged or defective

If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@louisvillesmokeout.com with the following:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• A clear photo of the incorrect or damaged item

If approved, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost. Exchanges will not be processed without prior approval.

Final Notes

We reserve the right to deny any exchange request that does not meet our policy criteria. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
